Returns and Technical Support
Please call customer service to obtain your invoice number and explain the reason. We always reserve the right to examine returned goods before issuing the credit. No returns are accepted without prior notices to the team member who collect your order. Special order products or goods can be sold on to any of VIP Members only in the cases of return basis and the loss have to bear the first order making customer only or may not be returned. Our services team will carry out all repairs quickly if there is any fault to serve you reliably.
We 100% take guarantee of all products made in our production units and factories. We are very strict in some way of defective in craftsmanship or materials by our units. The company will bear the entire repair or provide new instruments according to situation with no extra charges. You may return it within 3 days of receiving order with its original packaging and condition for replacement.
